Hospitality company is looking for an experienced Controller to help lead a small finance team and provide accounting management.

Controller Benefits and Qualifications:

• Base Salary of 90k to 100k range plus bonus.

• Bachelor’s degree-preferably in accounting or finance.
• 5 plus years of accounting experience.
• Hospitality / Restaurant experience is a plus.
• Must have Excellent Analytical skills, Communication Skills, and Organization Skills.

Controller Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all operations of the accounting and finance department including A/P, A/R, and Payroll.
• Manage and monitor Budget, Forecast, Cash Flow, Cash projections.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, income statements, balance sheet, GL analysis.
• Collaborate with company leadership.
• Ensure all internal controls and procedures are followed. Develop and implement new procedures as needed.
